LEARNs are the core organizational units of the School of Commons.
LEARNs are self-organized and self-sustainable research and study groups committed to knowledge generation and they develop and contribute the teaching contents for the School of Commons.
LEARNs usually consist of at least two people committed to gaining insight into a specific topic or complex thereof and willing to share their insights with a community by teaching and publications.
The School of Commons supports LEARNs with infrastructure, organizational inputs and also financial contributions.
If you want to apply to set up your own LEARN you can do it here.
