Chiara Alissa Estivariz Lopez

Chiara holds a Master’s degree in Visual Cultures, Curating, and Contemporary Art from Aalto University and a Bachelor’s in Fashion from Pforzheim University.

She initially began her studies at ZHdK in Transdisciplinarity in the Arts and transferred to Aalto University to take the chance of their laboratory resources, allowing her to engage with the Blob on a more hands-on level. Her work explores the intersection of art and science, drawing from her background in design and performance. She has built a network of collaborations from Switzerland to Helsinki and Slovenia, including projects involving the slime mould. Besides she works as a costume designer in the performing arts, contributing to her diverse interests in contemporary culture.
