The School of Commons' Re:make Diversity project aims to identify mechanisms that promote accessibility, equity and inclusion in higher education, international cooperation, and transdisciplinary project work by examining, scaling, and transferring the tools, processes, and methods developed within the School of Commons at ZHdK over the next three years (until 2025) to contribute to a more healthy, inclusive and accessible future for digital and hybrid learning and working environments.

Marea has been directing the project since its beginnings in late 2016. With an established background in arts education, she earned a BA in Art Education and an MA in Transdisciplinary Studies, from Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK).
Lea is a Social and Cultural Anthropologist, researcher and author.
