The online show centers on cultivating awareness of the body, inviting reflection on the joy of being alive, having a body, and the privilege of moving among other forms of life. Each movement serves as a reminder of this precious gift.

Given Lina Zeller's extensive experience as a movement artist, Pilates instructor, and dance teacher, one might expect a showcase focused on appearance and performance. However, the show breaks away from conventional notions of dance, instead exploring the cultivation of body awareness. It encourages us to tune into the beauty and power of movement as a form of life itself. Through glimpses of Lina's practice, thoughts, and movements, themes of breathing, memory, and contemplation of existence—along with our embeddedness in an interconnected world—emerge. These reflections open the audience to a convivial and intertwined experience of living with all that exists within and beyond our bodies. At the heart of this show is the concept of the commons: the shared experience of life and living. It invites every body to connect with everything, from the smallest details of existence, through the practice of awareness, by listening to oneself and to the world around us.

The show is put together in collaboration with the School of Commons and its alumn* community (worldwide).
