Shoaling

#1 Loren Beard Shoaling is a decentralized, adaptive mode of collective being that resists rigid structures in favor of fluid, relational coordination. It is inspired by the behavior of fish moving together in a loose, dynamic group and reflects an ecological reimagination that attends to interspecies entanglements. Imagined as a model for healing, shoaling thus recognizes more-than-human interconnectedness as central to the practice of community care.
