I lived 5 years in Hong Kong.

I am a systems artist, social architect, and independent writing activist dedicated to investigating how technical and cultural infrastructures can be re-imagined through collective governance. As the founder and lead of Eternal Terra Ear (ÉTÈ), I spearhead a transnational policy initiative that bridges the gap between planetary-scale data and local sovereignty.

My Practice

My work focuses on the creation of a "Trust Layer"—a systemic protocol that integrates orbital remote sensing, transnational cryptography, and sensory intelligence. I utilize tools such as satellite data, drone photogrammetry, and decentralized ledgers to transform invisible environmental signals into verifiable "Digital Twins". A core component of my practice is Bio-synaesthesia, where I use ecological intelligent devices like the Visceral Sonic Oyster to translate complex data into spatialized acoustic and haptic experiences, allowing communities to "feel" the health of their ecosystems.

Current Research Interests

  • Experimental Governance & Policy Co-Creation: Researching how collective policy-writing can serve as a creative practice to build inclusive, transborder infrastructures.
  • Sovereign Observation: Investigating ways to shift environmental monitoring from top-down surveillance to community-led verification systems.
  • Post-Humanitarian Infrastructure: Exploring the role of underground economies, collective mourning (gham), and self-reliance in the design of future planetary systems.
  • Transnational Data Ethics: Analyzing the privacy implications and "Privacy-by-Design" requirements of planetary-scale sensing in collaboration with institutions like CPDP Brussels and IMPAKT NL.

My practice currently scales through a series of 2026 fellowships, including the CultTech Lab (Vienna), School of Commons (Zurich), and the CODE Program (Brussels/Utrecht), where I continue to develop the "International Sky Hub" as a model for global互联 (interconnected) trust.
