My Spreadsheet is Stalking Me! A meme & zine-making workshop on corporate tech & surveillance

We are inviting you to our upcoming workshop diving into the pervasive intersection of corporate technology and workplace surveillance! From Microsoft Teams to time-tracking tools, workplace technologies often disguise deep-rooted layers of labor extraction and control under the facade of efficiency and collaboration. Through creative mediums like memes, zines, collages and digital art, participants are invited to critique the impact of these tools on autonomy and productivity. We will explore how corporate aesthetics mask the ever-present monitoring in modern workspaces and collaboratively reimagine strategies to resist digital surveillance in workplaces today. This workshop is a collaboration between Meme-tivism project and Corporate Aesthetics - @imujabd travelling all the way from Berlin!
