This three-day event features on-site workshops, presentations, publisher lectures, book launches, and sound art performances, streamed lived.
The second session of signing postcards will take place on Thu, 12 June 2025 (2-3:30 pm) “Presence-in-Delay” session will start with listening to the poetry from Ayaulym Lenkhan @u.lym This is followed healing letter-writing practice brought to Berlin, where we hope to create a shared space, ponder the notions of love and its manifestations that span across geographies, time zones and political borders. As part of the event, we offer a thread of connection over distance, a session titled Presence-in-Delay, where we offer sending postcards with words of care and support to SoC Alumn* extended community. SoC Alumn* Community can leave us their addresses or the address of their loved one, and we will send their message on card that expresses love. The session is led by:

Open Sourcing Love
Open Sourcing Love is an international crowd-sourced movement and an art collective created by Anna Kin and Aigerim Tumenbay, whose practice is based on the alternative use of social networks for communication and connection.
Zuleykha Ibad is a Berlin-based curator and cultural manager whose work explores the intersections of art, ecology, and transnational exchange. She is senior curator and vice chair of Iopener e.V., a member of SALOON Berlin, and has coordinated international projects across the Caucasus, Europe, and America, including collaborations with Ta(r)dino 6 Art Platform and ARIA Antwerp. Evgenii is a sound artist, music producer, social and cultural projects facilitator based in Berlin. Kas is an Amsterdam-based friend, artist, researcher, with roots in Central Asia, involved in various practices related to open/communal space and access to it. He is a member of SoC Alumn* network.
