A conceptual–poetic manual on sitting (text and mixed media). The reader is invited to approach the text as a score, to be read out loud, while sitting on a chair. It is constructed as an active reflection on paralysis, apathy and systematic ignorance, while questioning the modes of climate crisis communication and its effects on the body.
