Relaxing and Pausing is an integral element to any (learning) environment. This can include physical relaxation and pause, as well as digital relaxation and pause.
Relaxation and Pause
In our physical environments we include stretches, warmups, cool downs, breaks and dedicated spaces for quiet time.

We try to limit digital meetings to a maximum of 4 hours per day during kick-off with regular, interspersed breaks.
During any of our in person or digital meetings participants are reminded they can leave the take a break, pause or relax elsewhere at any moment.
